A co-founder of Rock & Roll Hall of Fame nominees The Replacements, Tommy Stinson also served as the longtime bassist and musical lieutenant to Axl Rose in Guns N’ Roses. In addition to a solo career, he’s also led his own critically acclaimed combos Bash & Pop and Perfect. Now, Stinson has teamed up with veteran Philadelphia guitarist/multi-instrumentalist Chip Roberts to form Cowboys in the Campfire. An outgrowth of the duo’s roots-oriented songwriting collaboration – the pair wrote for Stinson’s One Man Mutiny and Bash & Pop’s Anything Can Happen –Cowboys in the Campfire will be releasing their debut LP in 2023.
